Marcel Ostertag returned to Munich after his graduation from the University of Arts\/Central St. Martins College London. Whilst studying in London, Marcel worked on numerous ventures, including projects with Paul Smith, Dunhill and Burberry. <\/font><\/p>\n

He presented his work at the Lanc\u00f4me Colour Award and at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, being the first menswear designer to have received this privilege. Furthermore, he received for his graduation at St. Martins College the first prize for the best menswear collection. Marcel\u2019s style is unique and irrepressible. He interprets classic menswear in a modern way, allowing masculine and feminine characteristics to come together in an exciting symbiosis. <\/font><\/p>\n

One really important statement of the designer\u2019s image is easy and clear. It\u00b4s made in Germany, starting with pattern cutting and sampling in Munich leading to production in Cottbus. <\/font><\/p>\n

Marcel Ostertag stands not only for innovative design but also for a concept where quality and comfort have the highest priority. After the opening of the first store in Vienna (October 2006) at Hohen Markt, Landkrongasse 1-3, followed the second store opening in Munich, Rumfordstra\u00dfe 12. The first season showed that Marcel Ostertag\u00b4s Collection is ready to rock; he is selling to shops in Berlin, Munich and Vienna. Further projects in London and Shanghai are already in the offing.<\/font><\/p>\n
