De esta manera, pueden ser espectadores de todo lo que ocurre antes de que la comida llegue al plato. El Chef Ren\u00e9 Marichal ha creado una serie elaborados men\u00fas que constan de 4 hasta 6 cursos para ser pareados con una variedad de vinos.
